Privacy policy

The Privacy Policy presented below is a document setting out the rules for the use, by the https://praca.indeka.pl/ website administrator, of personal data processed on the website and left by site visitors. The provisions contained in this document are intended to establish the widest possible protection range in relation to personal data processing. The Privacy Policy specifies cases and situations in which processing of website users’ personal data will take place. This document is part of the security policy implemented at the Indeka sp. z o.o. (formerly: Przedsiębiorstwo Transportowo-Spedycyjno-Usługowe “Indeka Iwona”).

This document complies to all the provisions of:

• the Act of 29 August 1997 on the personal data protection, imposing in particular information provision obligations in the form of notifying the person using the website of the address of the personal data controller’s seat, the purpose of data collection, the user’s right to access and edit their data, and freedom to provide the data;
• Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law, imposing an information provision obligation on the website administrator regarding storage of information in the subscribers’ or end-users’ terminal equipment and gaining access to it, providing the subscriber or end-user with unambiguous information about the purpose of data storage and modes of its use, providing information about the possibility of not giving consent with the effect of preventing storage of this data, disabling the possibility of making configuration changes to the terminal equipment as well as its software;
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), the provisions of which have been in force since 25 May 2018 with regard to the new obligation to provide the subject with information on automated decision-making, as well as on profiling, with an indication of the modalities of such decision-making and the consequences of performing such processing.

2. The Indeka sp. z o.o. (formerly: Przedsiębiorstwo Transportowo-Spedycyjno-Usługowe “Indeka Iwona”) company can be contacted via:

[Rights of the person using the website and leaving personal information on it]

1. A fundamental right enjoyed by all who use and leave their personal data on the https://praca.indeka.pl/ website is the right to obtain information. This obligation is fulfilled by:

   4. NIP no.;
   5. telephone number;
   6. contact person;
   7. name of the company where goods are to be unloaded;
   8. town and postcode where goods are to be unloaded;
   9. address of the site where goods are to be unloaded;
   10. contact person on the site where goods are to be unloaded;
   11. telephone number of the contact person on the site where goods are to be unloaded;
   12. amount of agreed freight;
   13. number of days for bank transfer;
   14. name of the company tasked with goods loading;
   15. town and postcode of the site where goods are to be loaded;
   16. address of the site where goods are to be loaded;
   17. contact person on the site where goods are to be loaded;
   18. telephone number of the contact person on the site where goods are to be loaded;
   19. type of goods;
   20. type of packaging.
3. The data presented in section 2 of this paragraph is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling transport orders and for evidential purposes necessary for the company to settle accounts with the Tax Office.

1. Cookies are files that store information in subscribers’ or end users’ terminal equipment and help them access it. A cookie is a small file stored on a website user’s mobile device, which contains saved settings and other information used on the website.

Indeka sp. z o.o. (formerly: Przedsiębiorstwo Transportowo-Spedycyjno-Usługowe “Indeka Iwona”) is a transport company, which means that its operation requires cooperation with many entities. Each of the entities with which the Indeka sp. z o.o. (formerly: Przedsiębiorstwo Transportowo-Spedycyjno-Usługowe “Indeka Iwona”) company cooperates has signed a personal data processing agreement, so that the data entrusted to the company is secure.

[Placing orders using the form available on the website]

1. Transport service orders can be placed using the PDF form available on the website, under the “Transport order” tab, at https://praca.indeka.pl/.
2. Clicking the tab automatically generates a PDF file which, when completed and submitted by post, email or fax, constitutes a transport order document.

[Data security]

1. All data exchanged between the website user’s terminal device and website servers is encrypted and secure. The Indeka sp. z o.o. (formerly: Przedsiębiorstwo Transportowo-Spedycyjno-Usługowe “Indeka Iwona”) company, which is the owner of the Internet domain, applies organisational and technical measures complying with generally applicable legal provisions. In the framework of cooperation, personal data may be entrusted to:

1. The data provided to the website administrator is collected exclusively for the purposes of this website and processed in connection with business activities undertaken by the Indeka sp. z o.o. (formerly: Przedsiębiorstwo Transportowo-Spedycyjno-Usługowe “Indeka Iwona”) company. All visitors leaving their data on the website have the right to inspect it and select a processing method.
