In cooperation with a network of partners in Poland and abroad that has been built up for more than 30 years, we efficiently undertake even the most complex tasks – including customs clearance and supervision over accompanying document circulation.

Nasza historia

1989

Company foundation

Iwona and Bogusław Indeka decided to live out their dream of owning their own business and set up a family-owned transport company. Passion for logistics, attention to the highest quality of services provided and years of experience in the industry have made INDEKA Group the current leader in its region.

2000

New headquarters – opening the operation and office base in Kobylnica

As the company grew, a transport base was established with a centre of operations furnished with state-of-the-art equipment and tools to handle the vehicle fleet quickly and efficiently. It is a logistics centre where trucks can be serviced, repaired and refuelled. It ensures more efficient fleet management.

2013

Warehouse construction

The extension of our offering to existing and future clients to include warehouse logistics took place in three stages. The first stage consisted in building one warehouse at ul. Drogowców, and then another one in the Słupsk Special Economic Zone, in the Płaszewko subzone. The third stage consisted in extending the warehouse logistics offering to include the provision of production services which are key to maintaining production continuity, minimising costs and ensuring quality plus timely delivery. With this investment project, the INDEKA Group has become the largest operator in the region.

2017

Opening a Spanish branch

The branch was created to establish the Group’s local presence in Western Europe. Indeka Iberica specialises in customer service in the region and providing solutions within all supply chain stages. The growing freight forwarding division complements the INDEKA Group’s fleet, offering extended services to and from the region.

2018

Commercial unit establishment

Our commercial units (the Netherlands – Doetinchem, Poland – Warsaw) represent a further step in the INDEKA Group’s development. They will facilitate conducting local market research to be even closer to clients, provide support and offer tailored services.

2019

New warehouse complex construction commencement

In order to meet our clients’ growing needs and maintain our leading market position, the INDEKA Group has taken steps to expand its storage capacity. As it complies with state-of-the-art industry standards and norms, the new warehouse complex will not only provide greater capacity, but also more efficient and secure goods storage.

2020

Freight forwarding offices

The freight forwarding units of the INDEKA Group based in Słupsk, Swarzędz and Wrocław were established to organise transport processes even more efficiently, improve transport efficiency, ensure transported goods safety and develop new services. They will also facilitate handling of subcontractors and carriers.

Transport safety

The safety of the goods entrusted to us is our priority. By providing advanced control measures, we create the conditions for clients to conduct their own business without having to monitor the shipment routes.

The INDEKA Group’s control system consists of:

  • a GPS system that monitors vehicles (order completion) 24 hours a day,
  • an IT platform that facilitates efficient information flow among various operational departments of the company,
  • carrier’s and freight forwarder’s third party liability insurance (sum insured EUR 250,000),
  • carrier’s and freight forwarder’s cabotage transport insurance (sum insured EUR 600,000),
  • 24-hour availability of freight-forwarding personnel.

  • setting limits and controlling the propellant consumption and pollutant emissions,
  • using top-quality, expertly recycled or biodegradable products,
  • waste segregation cooperation with a professional disposal company,
  • purchasing vehicles meeting the most stringent EURO 6 environmental standards.

Head of Dispatch
As the Head of Dispatch, Magdalena is responsible for the effective planning, organisation and monitoring of distribution processes. It is her job is to ensure that goods are delivered on time and in line with clients’ expectations. Her passion for logistics and her leadership skills have earned her a reputation as a reliable expert in the industry. With more than 10-years’ experience in the field of transport and logistics, she has an excellent understanding of the complexities and requirements associated with these areas. She excels in a dynamic environment where time is of the essence.

Tomasz Indeka

Technical Department Director
Tomasz – who has been with the company since its founding – ensures effective organisation and supervision of all vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair processes, on a day-to-day basis. His main tasks include coordinating and managing the service centre staff, as well as ensuring that they are well trained and equipped with tools necessary to perform their duties. In addition, he is responsible for scheduling work, managing the spare part supply and overseeing servicing processes.
