INDEKA Group’s logistics centre in Słupsk SEZ, Płaszewko subzone
The logistics facility represents phase II of the modern logistics centre construction process. Ultimately, we plan to build four halls with a total surface area of 40,000 sq m.

The project involves construction of a logistics and warehousing facility together with internal systems and associated infrastructure: roads, yards and car parks, as well as external systems. This is phase II of a total four-phase project implemented with the view to building a logistics centre.
The facility, together with a reinforced concrete and steel structure, was designed by CoBouw. The facility will be used as a warehousing and distribution centre for goods. 3 fire hazard zones were separated in the facility with two fire walls.
The designed roads and manoeuvring sites will be constitute an enlargement and continuation of the existing pavement and will be intended mainly for heavy traffic. A total of almost 6,000 sq m of manoeuvring sites and roads will be constructed as part of Phase II of the project.
The logistics centre will be located just off the S6 expressway. The halls will be founded on a natural hill, making them well visible to passers-by. The building will be distinguished by the interspersed colour scheme of graphite shades on the façade as well as the large-scale INDEKA Group logo and symbol.
